Changing Apple Developer Account certificates

I have a new apple developer account that I have generated certificates with. I want to upload these to my app center. I removed all certificates from my app center, and then uploaded the new distribution certificate - this was fine. When I try to upload a new native ios Agent i receive an error that the app id does not match the one that is already there.

How do I go about changing this ?

just to clarify the actual error I see when trying to upload the new agent prior to uploading the new push ssl cert is:

Certificate Bundle ID does not match existing Bundle ID.

Hello Steven,

Is this an App Center tenant hosted by our SaaS offering, or is it an on-premise installation? If it is hosted by our SaaS, a new Symantec Enterprise Technical Support case will need to be opened to provide assistance. If it is an on-premise installation, I can provide you with instructions on how to resolve this.
