Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

Good Evening,

How can I change the company name in Hosted endpoint, without contacting the support ?

I am the only user and administrator.
 

Where exactly are you looking?

I don't see any place that it can be changed.
 

Once you create a customer name from the Partner Management Portal to use in the Hosted Endpoint, you cannot change it.  At best, you can edit the address.

First thought would be to contact support to see if it is at all possible.

In all likelihood, they will say it isn't.

In that worse case, you would then have to create a new customer, uninstall the endpoints at the old site, and re-install at the new one.

Quite the pain, but I don't think the designers ever thought that company names would change (other than the obvious buy-out, reorganizations, rebranding, etc. that has been rampant for the past decade or so).
