Hi, i have semp 12.1 RTM with a SQL Server 2000, so i cant upgrade to the latest version of SEPM 12.X cause SQL Server 2000 isnt supported. My question is if i change the database using the Managemente Server Configuration Wizard to a new blank database on another server (with SQL 2008)  i will loose all the clients, policies, and another configurations? Or i will loose only the historical data?

YEs if you point to the new SQL Blank database obviously you will loose the group structure policy everything.

So you can refer these articles and it will help you to fix the issue and give you a bette picture about SQL DB Migration of SEPM.
