Hi!

I'm running BE2012 in a Windows 2008 environment.

For the past 4 business days, my backup jobs have been failing due to a "logon failure" and asks that the correct username and password be used.

I have changed the credential for the account we established to use for our backups.  In BE2012, I updated the network logon accounts to include this special backup account.  The BE2012 services were also updated.

Inspite of the credential change and BE2012 logon updates, all my jobs continue to fail due to a "logon failure".

This morning, I compared the BE2012 logon account on another media server on another standalone network.  I noticed on the other media server, that the BE2012 "System Login Account" is owned by the special backup account.  On the media server that won't  run backup jobs, The "System Owner" of the "System Login Account" is my personal admin user  account!

How do I change the "System Owner" of the BE2012 "System Login Account" on the media server that has the "logon failure" errors?

Thanks!
