Check backup data in incremental job

hi,

I use BE2010 with complete and incremental Job. I would like to know, how can we check what folders and files have been backup in the incremental job ?
Because in the backup list, we can see all the data.

Open Restore window and check incremental backup set.

Ok - i Open a restore windows and I check it by the size of the folder. BE indicate the size of the data that have been added.

I didn't pay attention the first time.
