    I want to enable System lockdown in my environment.

    Can some one help me how to collect Checksum of cilent system from SEPM

    Symantec has a tool to do this. Checksum.exe

    Can i get checksum of all the client from SEPM itself.

    It needs to be run on clients.

    Ideally, you want to run it on your golden image. But you can run it on one client and have the list automatically updated going forward:
