I had a similar problem with Adobe not reporting properly, now I'm seeing it with Chrome-96.

Chrome installs on clients, applicable count goes down, installed count stays at zero.

    PM Import 7.1.507

    So far I've

    - confirmed installlog.csv on client shows product installed

    - went to "Import Patch Data for windows" and made sure Chrome 32 was checked (it wasn't by default, which I know is normal, even though it let me stage bulletin before checking the Chrome 32 box, which is new behaviour for me since 7.5)

    - ran full import (turned off incremental)

I'm not on HF3... I'll put ticket in too but was wondering if anyone else saw it or had tips.

    Hi Sally,

    - went to "Import Patch Data for windows" and made sure Chrome 32 was checked (it wasn't by default, which I know is normal, even though it let me stage bulletin before checking the Chrome 32 box, which is new behaviour for me since 7.5)

I would like to clarify - you were able to stage and distribute update from  CHROME-96 bulletin, because it is applicable to old versions of Google Chrome, which were selected in PM import settings on your setup. We are importing all updates that are applicable to selected products and then these  imported updates may be staged.

Regarding your issue with compliance report - looks like this is similar to https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/adobe-patch-reporting-problem-back .
Actually I believe that executed PM Import with selected Chrome 32 and re-running Windows Assessment Scan on affected clients should resolve your issue.

In case if issue is not still resolved, could you please execute Windows System assessment scan task on affected client from NS console and then check compliance reports?
In case if update is still not shown as installed in report, please execute "AexPatchAssessment.exe -out test.xml" on affected client.
Then open created text.xml and find all strings containing QGC3201700107

P.S. In case if you enable all Google products(select whole Google vendor in PM Import settings), newly added Google products  will be selected automatically during PM Import tasks.

    Thanks,
    Roman

@Roman - you were right again, had to do full import then another scan.. now it's good to go.  Thanks again.  I agree it makes sense for google for me to select the whole vendor at this point I think.
