CIU is not updating whitelist and other parameters on SWG boxes

Hi Guys,

I am observing issues with CIU which is not updating policy changes specially whitelisting configuration onto SWG boxes. Can anyone suggest the solution for this.

Hi Ashish,

Thanks for the update. The article says to upgrade to 5.1 which we already have on all sWG boxes and CIU. Plus the boxes are deployed in proxy mode while this article addresses inline environment.

This issue resovled after upgrade 5.1 but you have already use this product.

You can create support ticket for same
