'Class Factory' problem, no Job Log displayed?

hi! this is my first time using these forums, so hopefully someone here can help me.

I've recently run into a little problem with our Backup Exec 9.1. Whenever I look at any completed job in the job list, a message appears saying "Class Factory could not return requested class", and fails to display the job History at all, and only displays the job log as text.

Has anyone else encountered this?

This issue could occur if the "Job Log default options" is set to "Summary information, directories, and files processed". This in turn, takes more CPU cycles to process the big job logs.

To resolve this issue, set the "Job Log default options" to "Summary information only". To do this, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
The Options - Set Application Defaults dialog box appears.

2. On the Properties pane, under Job Defaults, click Job Logs

3. Select the option: "Summary information only"
