Classification exclusion in forms
Something I miss in HelpDesk 6 is the ability to mark things inactive. Like groups/queues and classifications/categories. But... nothing to mark these options as inactive in ServiceDesk. To do the groups, I will have to filter them out in workflow. It is not ideal but what can I do. The classification is the rub. Any ideas how to exclude classifications from the picker?
How is this going to work with SD 7.5 (I will call it by my code name for it "hamburger". I was eating lunch and I spilled some grease on the documentation. Now when I look at the documentation, I smell hamburger) because the code is "locked down"... dunno... I am curious to see how they setup hamburger for us to make a change. Anyone hear if they are going to put inactive options on groups and classifications in hamburger?
