    Hi,

     

    I am observing in Service Manager MyTask list there are some EM***** tasks are there which I cannot clasify when I try to classify it gives error I have seen this

    Article but its for 7.5 Sp1 and I am using 7.6 version I thought It was fixed but still I am facing issue can anyone guide me how to resolve or there is any fix for this issue
