  • 1.  Clean up of WDE users in Universal Server

    Can anyone suggest a plan for going into the Universal Server and trying to purge old user data?  

    I would like to gain licenses back and I am sure that I can free up some licenses by deleting the information on users that are no longer employed here.

    We have been running PGP Desktop and Universal server for over three years now. 

    How can I purge non active users from the database?

    Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

    You can gauge their usage from the "last seen" in consumers > devices.  Find a date thats good for you and remove the devices.  Or if you are licensing by users, you can use the last used on consumers > users

    Agreed.  I was just hoping there was a hidden clean up feature somewhere.
