The most important thing” NEVER REMOVE YOUR AV PROGRAM IF YOU SUSPECT A THREAT ON YOUR MACHINE”
So first of all forget Clean wipe for  some time.

Reboot the machine in safe mode with networking and run  a full scan with the latest defs.

It is really frustrating to try to put in a support case to obtain CleanWipe only to get "Internal Server Errors"  when submitting the case!

Why not put the utility out there for SEP owners/subscribers to use?

It could be placed on file connect and require a valid SEP serial number to access it.

    Frustrated in Florida!

Yes , that should be a good idea we should have some kind of authentication method.. But the reason the Tool is not public as there are some importants thing that we need to remember before running the tool.

    1. the server reboots after the tool runs

    2. They tool while removing SEP may also remove other symantec product.

Because of this the tool is not public.
