    To get that Cleanwipe Utility, you will have to call symantec or log a web case.

    New Cleanwipe version is introduced in SEP 12.1 RU2

    SEP 12.1 RU2 MP1 has also released so you can expect the most latest version of cleanwipe in upcoming days. It's not possible to comment when exactly it will be released.

    Please note that Symantec only recommends using the CleanWipe tool as the final solution for removal of our product, the proper uninstallation steps should always be tried first.
