If I am looking to clean things up to recover some drive space what would be the best thing to look for that i could delete I would no longer need?

What product is installed? Is it the server with the sepm and sep client? What version? How much space do you have? How big is the hard drive? You can run a free tool like space sniffer to find unnecessary files on your drive and delete them. If it is sepm how many definitions are you holding onto?

Delete unused images would help.
