Different version

    Dear all

    My compay have ~500 client. Sometimes some client auto offline but actually client online.

    The first time I use Common Tasks: Install protection client to computers and about 1-2 day client offline, canot not online but actually client online

    then i use SylinkDrop change sylink file but the same, about 1-2 day client offline, canot not online but actually client online

    Plz help me..

    Whats your SEPM version? Previous versions had this issue, 

    Check these steps, Follow this first

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager displays clients as offline even though the client is showing online

    If you are running previous version then this issue fixed on SEP 12.1 RU2 MP1

    Clients report to the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager as offline, even though they are online
    Fix ID: 3002170
    Symptom: Clients will randomly report into the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager as offline, even though they are actively online and available.
    Solution: Updated the client USN management to properly update the client status in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager reports.
     
    Might be problem with Duplicate Hardware ID as well, give this a try
     

    Duplicate Hardware IDs result in only one client showing up in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager for multiple systems

    Hi,

    Change the SEPM console settings, Delete the clients that have not been connected for more than 1 days, by default it's 30 days.

    By any chance are those cloned images with SEP installed?

    SEP clients are also on SEP 12.1 RU5 version?

    What the status of these clients from client end? What is the heartbeat interval settings?? Window firewall is disable or not?

    Some client offline and some client online - i dont know why ?

    Heartbeat interval 1 minutes

    Window firewall is disable
