  • 1.  Client cannot connect to SMP server

    Hi All

    I installed .net 4.6 on SMP server.

    After install it and restart server. It show error below. All agent cannot connect to server

      <![CDATA[Policy request failed: The remote web server is down or not responding properly, cannot determine SMP server version or SMP server version is not compatible. (0x80042D24)]]>

    Could you please help?

    Hi telecomvn,

    Do you have same settings for App pools as I have in 7.6? Are they in running state or some of them are stopped?

    Is there any notification pop-up message on SMP Console, that NS activities are paused?

    .NET 4.6 has known issues with the Smantec Managment Platform. To restore functionality you should revert back to .NET 4.5 on the SMP and on any site servers
