client configuration not updated, Altiris SMP 7.1

Hello there,

I have many managed servers (clients)that configuration changes not updated, but assessment scan results are uptodated with schedules and status. Please see attachments.

That would be cause to fail security update deployment failed???

Hi Charlie,

This issue does not seem to be related to Patch Management so I guess this topic is created in wrong forum.
Issue  may be caused by different reasons. For example:
Client does not update configuration in case if nothing changed since last update
Problems related to communication with NS may also cause such behaviour.

Please check agent logs from affected machine.

Regarding Windows Assessment scan, it is working based on Windows System Assessment Scan policy. Once WSAS policy is received by client assessment scan starts running according to defined schedule.
