    Dear Support,

     

    SEP client reject the upgrade version installation while pushing the task fron the group what might be the issue find the attached jpge.

    Have you tried rebooting the system first?

    Are you installing the correct package? 32 bit package on 32 bit system or 64 on 64?

    Might happen when you assign 32 bit package to a 64 bit client or vice-versa...Did you cross check that?

    Possibly pending system reboots

    Or corrupt intial installation of 12.1.1000.157 try in auto upgrade unchecking "Maintain existing client features when updating" and selecting only the features you want. Should overwrite the existing package instead of trying to upgrade.
