Client Gets 404

I am slowly migrating from SAV 10.1 to SEP 11.0.  The SEPM is installed and I have one client migrated.  According to Network Monitor, however, when that client tries to update its definitions, it receives a 404 response from the server.  It's trying an http POST command to  Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager/Inetpub/secreg/secreg.dll.  When I looked at the Inetpub/secreg folder, I found that it was empty.  The Inetpub/secars folder is also empty.  This seems to be the problem, but I don't know how to populate those folders or what they should contain.

About the secreg (and secars) folder/s I didn´t understand why those folders were empty (but they are I figured out).
