Hi All,

In some of my clients it is showing yellow indication which means having some problem in client but when i open that gui by giving password it is showing as protected with green indication what might be the problem.

if the password is not set, does it shows green dot?

If you hover over the icon in the task tray, what does it say? It should show a message. Does it need a restart? Do you have a component disabled?

try doing repair from add/remove programs

Are all the components updated with the latest definitions.

check in help->. troubleshooting if its reporting to the sepm server.

What is showing on client GUI is it connected to the SEPM?

All definitions are getting updated from SEPM.

Check the communication between client and server.

It is not showing any message and all definitions are upto date and only few clients having this problem.

repair also not giving any solution. if i re install that client it is showing green for some time and then after

some time again same problem. there is no communication problem betwen clien and server.

Post the screen shot please.
