  • 1.  Client installed but not showing in cloud management

    Hi there

     

    We installed by using the add computer which has worked many times for us.. This time although the PC has installed and seems protected it doesn;t appear in the cloud management anywhere... We assigned it to a group as part of the install download but it isn't in that group or any group...

     

    How do we fix this?

    On the PC, does it show as connected?

    Yes on the PC it says connected to Symantec cloud.

    This happened a couple months back and was an issue on the Symantec side. I haven't seen any notifications from them on another issue so I don't know for sure. May need to call them to find out.

    Has it happened with any PC you tried to install on or one specific?

    No just this one. we only have about 25 PC's though so not a big sample
