How can i find the client from server where symantec endpoint not install or not be manage by server?

Check the clients page. Clients will show up here. Or you can use the "Search For Clients" filter. See here:

Hello, 

Configure the unmanged detector and find out the nodes which are unmanaged.

It will detect any device without SEP. That also goes for routers, switches, firewalls, etc. For these, you can exclude them

Yes, it can detect all the client where SEP not available or not communicate.
