  • 1.  Client Management Suite 7.5 - Manage Computers web page blank

    All of the pages in the web console display correctly except when selecting "Manage" - "Computers". We just installed the Symantec Endpoint Protection client and restarted, do not know if this caused the issue.

    Hi,

    Have you seen the LogViewer while "Manage -> Computers" page is opening?

    I didn't see anything unusual in there. However, restarted (again), re-authenticated and now it is displaying normally. You get the solution since it was the only reply ).

    I had the same issue in the last days. I resolved it by just cleaning the IE cache.
