  • 1.  Client is not communicating with SEPM

    I installed a managed client on of my ISA server with new package and properly replaced sylink.

    when i go to the help->troubleshoot it doesnt show the name or ip address of the SEPM server,but i can see the SEPM server ip in the server.xml file

    Version 12.x

    check the connectivity.

    HI,

    Could you please share screenshot with us help--> Troubleshootig?

    From ISA server can you ping SEPM machine? Are there any port restrictions?

    is it showing in the sepm console?

    if not can you post the sylink log?

    Hello,

    Is this the only client which is not reporting to the SEPM?

    What OS are you running on the ISA Server?

    Did you create the create Port exclusions on the machine? Check this Article:

    Make sure you are able to ping the Sepm server and Port 8014 and 80 is open in  ISA .
