After upgrade SEPM from v 12.1.100 to v 12.1.2015 , some groups not connecing with SEPM but just 2 groups connecting!
Does anyone know how to fix this?

What is the heartbeat set to? The clients may take some time to connect back depending on the heartbeat time.
If you right click the icon and "Update Policy" do they re-connect?
i'm tried to update policy manually but still not connect.
Try to replace the sylink file on one client and confirm it working or not?

Enable sylink logging and let it run thru a few heartbeats so it picks up enough info to troubleshoot. Post the log here for review if you want

Is therre anything special about these groups compared to the ones connecting? Firewall or proxy in place?

Please advise is stopping the IIS (ISAPI) proxy will effect on any other service and what's the benift of using Apache Server and how i can manage it ?

Did the SEP client status shows offline when checking it manually?

Does the SEP client always does not connect or there is intermitent loss of connections between the servere and clients?
Do you use a proxy setup for client server connection?
