    Hi,

    Windows XP

    1. Click Start, click Run, type Firewall.cpl, and then click OK.
    2. On the General tab, click Off
    3. Click OK.

    Windows Vista/Windows 7
Note: The Windows Firewall should be under control of the SEP client, however this is still a good check regardless.

    1. Click Start button , Control Panel, Choose Security (System and Security in Windows 7), and then click Windows Firewall.
    2. Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    3. Click Off, and then click OK.

If not go to run and type services.msc and select windows firewall and disable firewall.

Check the communication between client and server go to any one of client machine go to run and type cmd  in commend prompet type telnet space Server  IP address space and port no (8014) check for error if not it's working fine

After doing all above steps restart the server machine and try.

    Regards,

    Mohan
