Client not receving any task from NS Server

Hi
We using ITMS 7.1 SP2
In our environment suddenly we observ that no any client getting any task like, software delivery task, update client task etc

Have you rebooted the NS? Are there any error message in the NS log?

The problem was in task server I installed task server different box it works fine
but only Deployment task i.e reboot to production not working
Make sure you delete the broken Task Server from the Notification Server console.
Look at the Task Server filters, see if any clients attached directly to the NS for Task Services get or run tasks.

If you installed task server on a different box, did you also install deployment task handlers there? Did you remove task and deployment from the problem server?

Hi,
What do you see in the Altiris Log Viewer for the date/time when you perform this action?
Checked with the basic task like "get Ip configuration" .
If that works, then check with the agent whether it has the "deployment plugin" installed
Then check with the task i.e reboot to production and also check with log viewer
