Go to ADMIN Page and then to DOMAINS tab (at the bottom left). If you see more than 1 domain, switch to other domains (highlight the other domain and click "Administer domain" under Tasks) and then go back to CLIENTS page and check if the clients are available.

Do you have multiple domains? Are you logged into the right one?

Have you enabled any of the filters (accessible via the button near the top-right)?

Just to confirm then, you've gone through the filter options, and are sure these aren't set to show only Users or only Macs or something?

In that case: What kind of account are you logged in as?  If it's just an Administrator or Limited Administrator account (not System Administrator), then is it possible you don't have rights to the site?

I'd also suggest accessing your default server via the web console and/or download the java console to another machine to test if it is purely a cosmetic issue.

Try a System Administrator account then, and see if the issue persists?

Go to logs Page and try to pull the "Computer status" log for the "Past 24 hours" and see if you have clients showing up in the results.

    Also check the followings

check if the number of online/offline clients are shown correctly in the home Page of SEPM.

Go to Clients Page and then highlight a group in whcih you know that you have clients and then go to "Details" tab of that group and check if the "Number of physical computers" is showing the same number as in the other (working) SEPM. If this shows the correct number, Open the display filter and set a smaller number (like 200) and check if the clients are then displayed.
