client is not update

    One remote site systems and servers are not updating the definition from long time. Tomorrow i will stay on that location. Can anyone share the troubleshoot to perform there.

    How many clients are not update?

    What is the client OS and SEP client version?

    Run the symhelp analysis tool to identify the problem and fix it

    Download the Symantec Help (SymHelp) diagnostic tool to detect Symantec product issues

    15 clients.

    OS is (Win-XP, Win-7) and sep is 11.0.7.

    Tomorrow i can perform the tool.

    What exact sepm version? On January 5th, 2015, Symantec Endpoint Protection version 11.0.x reached end of support life. Virus definitions and security updates ceased to be published to LiveUpdate and general support for the product is no longer provided. The initial end of support life date was originally scheduled for January 5th, 2014. All customers were provided a complimentary extention. No further extentions will be provided. It's strongly recommended to upgrade to SEP 12.1, RU5 is the latest release.

    SEP 11.x is not supported and EOL on January 5th, 2015,. You cannot be get the defintion longer for the 11.x clients

    I suggest you to upgrade the version in 12.x

    Well what version? As others users have mentioned, SEP is end of support life and no longer receives definitions as of 1/5/15.

    If 12.1, enable sylink debugging on one affected client and post the log here for review.
