  • 1.  Client not upgrade through Webserver

    Hi all, 

    I am facing a new deployment message/status while upgrading the Client from version 12.1.4013 to 12.1.6867 through Webserver:

    "The Client Decided to reject the upgrade package ,Client has ignored upgrade package ,version 12.1.6867.6867"

    But when I upgrading the Client throught SEPM, it that install successful.

    Can any one help me if they had the same issue and got a resolution ?

    can some one help me out from this ?

    Run the symdiag tool on it verify the correct setup on the client end.
