  • 1.  Client notification enabled?

    We've got SEP11 and clients are being notified of risks found on their PC's - I thought i've got all the notification boxes unchecked but apparently i'm missing something.  I've attached a print screen of a notification one of our users is receiving - we would prefer that the users not be aware of any risks/threats.  Sorry for the small size of the picture!

    it seems a manual scan, maybe it is not so bad to get the result of a manual scan.
    Does the same happen in other situation?

    Hi,

    In an on demand scan, the scan window will always be shown.

    Its not an autoprotect notification and as the user is doing  a mnual scan so there should not be any problem to user on seeing this notification.
