  • 1.  Client Package Installation SEPM 12.1 RU1

    I have a problem and need it solving. I have read artical TECH162325  and have copied the relevant files, bt the upgrade.bat file is missing. Can anyone tell me what the commands are, or where to get the file?

    The documentation for step 3 is the incorrect location for upgrade.bat.

    Upgrade.bat is located in \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Bin  not \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\

    I have gone ahead and edited the document with the correct path and the change should be reflected shortly.

    Upgrade.bat path is \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Bin.

    If you don't found then you go to control panel Add/Remove programs and repair the SEPM.
