    Hello All,

     

    I am having some trouble with 1 Laptop & Client Security 3. I have many computers running on a network, all with Client Security 3 & all work fine - except for this one, I can not ping my own IP (from the unit or from the network), the communication to/from the LAN to this laptop appears to be limited, e.g. I can browse the file&print server still from this laptop, but not receive email/internet.

     

    I have re-installed the operating system (Windows XP Pro) also removed/re-installed the Client Security 3, all with no luck.

     

    When the software is removed, the laptop functions perfect.

     

    Any ideas..... ?
