Client Side Dedup not Work

I run a backup on a server, using the client-dedupliacion, but I'm getting the following warning:

Client-side deduplication is enabled for this job, but it could not be used. Please check this link for additional information:

Have you checked the below article.

Also make sure you have installed BE2010 R3 and installed all the latest updates.

yes, I check all the steps and I have the same problem. Also I have updated to latest version
