Is their ANY way to schedule client updates from a default management server?

I have a bunch of clients at a remote vpn site and I do not want them getting updates during the hours of 6am and 8pm.
Someone please help, I cannot find this setting.

Edit your Live Update policy for the group in question and there's a scheduling section you can define the times clients get their updates.  You have to enable "use a Live Update server" on the server section though to enable scheduling.

Instead of limiting the clients update time, assign a GUP in your remote segment.
Then adjust the clients to refer to the GUP client for retrieving the definitions and updates.
Thus there will be only one referral to the server via the VPN connection but the clients will be up to date in the correct time.
