For the clients local to the Lan you can use the Autoupgrade feature.

for the rmeote branches, you can use the tool to coply the package locally and then use the Push Deployment wizard from remote branch.

Auto upgrade is easiest but how is your bandwidth to those sites? If smaller than it could cause link saturation.

Best practices when deploying Symantec Endpoint Protection client package over saturated 64k WAN links.

You can choose AutoUpgrade feature in local connectiivty.

Remotely use client push deployment wizard.

Create the Package of 32 and 64 bit.

Download the push deployment tool from file connect which is avail in SEP12.1.3_Part2_tool_en.exe.

place the packages and push deployment tool in one of system at remote branch.

Try to deploy it so it not use more bandwidth in deploying
