  • 1.  Client Upgrade Fails with Rollback

    Hi Everyone!

    I have a windows seven 64 bits computer and I want to upgrade the SEP client (previously 11.x) to 12.1. When I perform the push from the console, and ask me to reboot the computer, the Operating System Rollsback!

    Can anyone guide me to the solution?

    Hello,

    Once you have worked on the Steps provided by Rafeeq, please create a custom package for deployment and select "Do not Restart" option and then perform the deployment of custom Package created.
