  • 1.  Client VPN only working on wireless

    Hi All,

    I have had an interesting problem arise & I'm not sure where to go from here.  Recently field users connecting back to our office via Symantec Client VPN (v 9.0.0.1842) to our Symantec Gateway 5420 (v 3.0.1), are only able to do so via wireless.  If they try to connect wired (Cat5), then they can establish tunnels, but not actually connect back to the office.  We have tried updating the policies, reinstalling the software, but nothing seems to work.  Is anyone else out there experiencing (or experienced) this issue?  Any feedback would be appreciated.  Thanks!

    Does anyone know of any issues between Lenovo's T61 & Symantec's client VPN?

    We updated the NIC drivers, but the users are still unable to access the VPN through the wired connection.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks All!
