    Installing the client and allow connections to the server endpoint, the firewall is off not allow me to send log in installation package, but if client responds ping

    Which firewall, windows or SEP? You need to open tcp 8014 for communication to the SEPM.

    Or are you trying to push the SEP client from the SEPM? If so, see this:

    Try to disable UAC (User Access Control) if you can't deploy the SEP client Package successfully.

    Hi INDUSTRIA REYES,

     

    You need to disable windows defender in windows 8 to deploy SEP.

    What is the current version you are trying to deploy?

    Disable firewall and window defender.
