  • 1.  Clients and GUP are not updating from SEPM

    Hello all,

    we are faced to a problem in our SEPM. The problem is that clients are not updating from GUP and the GUP it self is not updating from SEPM.

     

    The error (in french ) logged in event viewer is below :

    Any solution for this issue please. we have many remote sites not updating from GUPs.

    Can you enable sylink logging on one affected client?

    Enable sylink debugging for Endpoint Protection clients

    This will show the comms between client and server to see what's going on.
