clients are not updating

Hi,

The clients are not taking update automatically or manually from the server..I have to go through each client and have to update from online.I think something is blocking to update because someone from our company installed trojan remover in the server and some of the clients.From that onwards the problem has occured.

What SEPM version are you using ?

Are your SEPM version are updating ?

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1 is not updating 32-bit or 64-bit virus definitions due to corrupt content

is the client supposed to get the contnet from SEPM ?

can you post the sylink log?

What is your SEPM current definition and on SEP client current definition?
