Hi, Upgrade the SEPM version

Hi,

Upgrade the SEPM version 11 to 12.1.

Other option is if you want to dont upgrade the sepm version.

You can istall the LUA server & configure the clients with them.

Did you uninstall the SEPM as well?

Did you uninstall the SEPM as well or just the clients?

What version of OS are you using for the SEPM server?

If you uninstalled the SEPM and did a manual install of the clients, likely the problem is the Sylink.xml file on the clients needs to be updated.

You can do this from the "find unmanged clients" or using the Sylinkdrop tool (included in the package).

Alternatively, you can contact support and obtain: Sylinkreplacer too.

Based on my expirience during

Based on my expirience during migration to 12.1...

a package that has been created without required a restart liveupdate will complete but will not continue on the procedding days. A restart should follow in order for liveupdate to function continously.

I suggest if in your organization if there pc's or server online 24 hours set  an schedule for restart.

Will surely AV definition will be updated.
