Clients can not take update from symantec server

Hi...
In my organization one symantec server and and many clients....
Clients can not updated from 29.5.2009.
Version : Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.400.2295 MR4
Plz guide me why clients can not update from server.
Before 29.6.2009 updation of clients was uptodate..
Plz help....me...........

did you check if the server is updated with the latest definition. If server updated, can you check client communicating with the server. If yes, you may need to check if the client definitions are corrupted.
Try downloading the latest JDB file on the server(SEPM) and see if the client's get the update.

How to update definitions for Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager using the .jdb file
Also check Log.LiveUpdate on the server for errors.
