  • 1.  clients disappear

    Hi,

    I'm a newbie on this forum and with SEPM.

    I manage SEPM 12.1.2 on Windows 2003 since several weeks with 31 clients. All works perfectly but yesterday all my clients were OFF line.

    I restart the server but nithing change,  so I decided to rebuild the database as shown on this procedure of Symantec :

    Ater the rebuild, the clients were now appear  ON line on the main screen (Start icon)

    17 are ONLINE and 14 are OFFLINE but it's normal

    but when I go on the client icon, all my client and my groups disappear !

    I upgraded to 12.1.3 version of SEPM but it has not changed ...

     

    How can I recover my groups and my clients ?

    the database you restored, did it had the information about all the group?

    you should be using the DB to restore which is the latest.

    Hello,

     

    It's OK I find the solution with another post on this forum.

     

    I go to the Administrator icon and Domain menu

     

    I click on "default domain" so I choose "manage this domain" and all my groups and clients appears on the client icon
