  • 1.  clients disappear from the SEPM console

I have a lot of clients that were connected to a test SEPM console I have running. I changed the IP address of the server. clients with the sylink.xml had the old ip address so they didnt connect to the server when i changed the IP. After about almost a month, all the clients are not present in the SEPM console anymore.

My question is, does SEPM do "house cleaning" and delete clients that haven't connected after X amount of days / weeks, etc. ? If so where is this setting located. I'm pretty certain this is the case as EVERY client w/o the new server IP address disappeared from the console. All the clients w/ the new IP is still present.

    thanks,

Yes, the SPM will remove clients that are not connecting. The default sweep setting is 30 days.
