Clients do not appear in Management Console

Created the client deployment file, client was deployed successfully to 5 computers in the domain, but the clients do not appear anywhere in the Management Console.  I see the server properties and policies, but the clients are nowhere to be found.  Anyone able to shed some light on this?  Also, is there no longer a display of client IP, definition date, engine, etc in the new Console?

It's probably a firewall issue.  Tons of info about this in the Symantec support knowledgebase.

Thanks for your input.   The issue was a result of installing SEP on our CRM server - a conflict with the CRM website and the SEP website.  It is going to be a problem in some of our smaller networks that have a single Domain Controller that runs WSUS.

Same problem, taking into account %Subject%. Tried to install several instances of SEPM. The managers interact with each other perfectly well, but neither of them see any clients. The clients are Windows 2000/XP/Vista -- does not matter, all of them have in their logs "Failed to contact server for more than 10 times." No firewalls at all, including Symantec's, all ports open, no filters, no nothing.
 
Any ideas? Or is it by design SEPM should NOT work?
