Hi I have Upgraded SEPM console from 12 Ru1 to SEP 12 RU1 Mp1 I have removed old packages and I assigned new packages. In Select the features you want to use : Maintain Existing Client features when updating is unchecked and a customized package is assigned. In install settings Silent is selected and in the Silent settings : Remove all previous logs and policies, and reset the client-server communication setting is selected after assigning package and after three days but clients doesn't upgrade. Can you please help me about this issue ?
Restart one or two client systems and observe. Some times a reboot is required to trigger the upgrade process... (Hope the clients are not having any communication issues..)

Could you check the Application Logs in the Event Viewer of the client machine and check if there are any errors?
Yes, try restarting the machines and check if that helps!!

the clients have benn restarted for many times but there is not any upgrade.
Check whether your clients received latest policy by maching the policy serial number in the client end and in the SEPM.
