  • 1.  Clients does't have Internet Access

    HI all

    I have configured my SWG Virtual Appliance and trying to test it, when i redirected clients to the SWG through the proxy settings in their browser , they don't have any internet access . I have't configuered any policies , i am just testing if they could access the internet through SWG.

    Do you have Promiscuous mode set to Accept on the vSwitch the LAN port is connected to?

    yes i have set the Promiscuous mode set to Accept .

    the problem was solved , the subnet mask for the inline interface was writeen incorrectly which was leading to directing of the traffic to a firewall , and the firewall was blocking connections .
