open sep client interface , click on help and suppport
select troubleshooting
you can see the policy serial number with date
match this with the policy number of sepm under
sepm-clients-details tab..

Hi

You can even check the policy serial number within the SEPM (No need to go to each and every client)

Clients --> Select the Group --> Change the view to 'Client Status'

Best way to check if clients

Best way to check if clients got policy updates or not is as below:

First on SEPM console, select Clients->GROUP->Policy->Check policy serial number last 3 digits
Now go to clients tab in same group. From dropdown menu available, select option "Client Status" (Applicable to MR3 or later only).
It should be matching with above three digits. that means clients have latest policy.

Please Mark on the solution that worked for you.
